Our Founder

With over 35 years of experience in the garment industry, Padma Kapoor has established Link Clothing India Pvt. Ltd. as a leading garment manufacturer and exporter. Known for her unwavering commitment to quality and efficiency, she has collaborated with international organizations to streamline production processes, ensuring timely delivery and excellence in every garment.

Her dedication extends beyond manufacturing, as she has been a guest faculty lecturer at NIFT, Mumbai, where she has mentored future fashion professionals. Additionally, she has served on juries for graduating students, helping to shape the next generation of garment industry talent.

A passionate advocate for social causes, Padma Kapoor is actively involved with ‘Etika Trust,’ a UK-based NGO supporting women’s livelihood and sanitation needs for girls. Her efforts were recognized when she was awarded Best Woman Entrepreneur by the UIA, Gujarat.

For over a decade, she has also been a proud member of the Rotary Club of Deonar, giving back to the community through various philanthropic endeavors.
